The main update seems to be that Cozy Burger will be closed Aug 25 - Sept 1. and open again on Sept. 2. Their site is marked as the future location of Starbucks (drive-through permitting is progressing).
As to the question of other retailers, in the comments, the blog author notes that "
New information obtained today indicates that deals are "done" for LA Fitness, HomeGoods and Starbucks and "close" for ROSS."
